Shi Jianwen (石艦文) (“Mr. Shi”) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director with effect from 20 May 2024. Mr. Shi has over 7 years of experience in corporate operation and management in the financial leasing industry. Since 2020, he has worked in Shenzhen Zhongzhu Kaixuan Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. and is currently the general manager. Prior to 2020, he also worked in Shenzhen BYD International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. and Hengtai International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., as a project manager and account manager respectively.

Mr. Shi obtained a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Zhuhai College of Beijing Institute of Technology in 2017.
