Liu Sicheng (劉思成) (“Mr. Liu”) was appointed as an independent non-executive Director and a member of the Remuneration Committee, a member of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 14 November 2023. Mr. Liu has over 5 years of experience in the human resources industry. Mr. Liu worked in recruitment firms in Hong Kong from August 2018 to March 2020. Since September 2020, he joined a global securities firm and become a Global Human Resources Business Partner in May 2023. 

Mr. Liu obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English from Hainan University in China in 2016. Mr. Liu also obtained a Master of Arts in Chinese Culture from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in Hong Kong in 2018.

Mr. Liu has also served as an independent non-executive director of Windmill Group Limited, the shares of which are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange (stock code: 1850), since October 2023.
