Zhao Aiyin (趙愛寅) (“Ms. Zhao”) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director with effect from 6 December 2024. Ms. Zhao has over 16 years of experience in accounting and finance, logistics and marketing. She has been working in Chuzhou Xuefeng Automobile Sales & Service Company Limited* (滁州市雪峰汽車銷售服務有限公司) since 2018 and is currently the head of accounting.

Ms. Zhao graduated from Chuzhou Vocational and Technical College* (滁州職業技術學院) in 2007, majoring in computerised accounting.
