Tan Yanyan (譚豔豔) (“Ms. Tan”) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director with effect from 3 March 2025. Ms. Tan has many years of experience in marketing, logistics and investment promotion. She has been working in Beijing Shanghao Guoqian Wine Co., Ltd. (北京尚好國乾酒業有 限公司) since 2019 and is currently the head of the sales department.

Ms. Tan graduated from Cangzhou Teachers’ College (滄州師范專科學校) in 2005 majoring in Chinese Language and Literature Education.
